Test cases ran on v0.4.0-rc1

Test cases ran on v0.4.0-rc1 for a number of targets:
AT91FR40162
LPC2148
SAM7
STR710
STR912

The goal of the testing session was to prove basic functionality of OpenOCD for different targets.
