nilmrun: Run NilmDB filters

Prerequisites:

  # Runtime and build environments
  sudo apt-get install python2.7 python-setuptools

  # Base dependencies
  sudo apt-get install python-numpy python-scipy

  nilmdb (1.8.0+)

Install:

  python setup.py install

Usage:

  nilmrun-server --help
